To strengthen the capacities of Tourism Frontliners in Tawi-Tawi in preparation for the influx of tourists visiting the province, the Bureau of Tourism (BOT) of the Ministry of Trade, Investments and Tourism (MTIT) conducted a Training on the Filipino-Bangsamoro Brand of Service (FBS) cum Customer Service on June 13-14, 2022 in Rachel’s Place, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.
Tourism Frontliners are the Transport Sector (Tricycle and Bangsakero), Security Sector, Hotel and Restaurant Managers/Owners and Tour Guides.
