The ministry through the Industry Development and Investment Promotion (IDIP) Division under the Bureau of Trade and Industry (BTI) continuously support the institutional development of chamber of commerce and industries (CCI) in the region. One of the identified deliverables of the Accelerate Competitiveness by Engaging Private Sector (ACE) program of the said division is the Bangsamoro Business Congress to be held in this fiscal year. In preparation to the said conference, the IDIP division conducted a Training on Events Organizing cum Bangsamoro Business Congress Planning, in partnership with The Asia Foundation through its Forward Bangsamoro last June 8-10 at Davao City.
The Training on Events Organizing was participated by representatives from the different Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industries who are members of the BARMM Business Council (BBC), IDIP staff and other relevant personnel of the Ministry.
