To apply for Business Name Registration at the Ministry of Trade, Investments, and Tourism – BARMM (MTIT-BARMM), you can follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Business Name: First, make sure you have chosen a business name that you want to register. Ensure that it is not already in use by another business and complies with the regulations and standards of MTIT-BARMM.
  2. Download the Application Form: Go to the official website of MTIT-BARMM and look for the Business Name Registration section. There, you can download the application form for business name registration.
  3. Fill Out the Application Form: Fill out the application form correctly and completely. Provide all the necessary information, including the business name, type of business, address, contact details, and other questions asked in the form.
  4. Submit the Requirements: Along with the application form, you will need to submit the following requirements:
    • Valid ID of the applicant or business owners
